One effort to overcome the waste problem is by recycling into something useful, such as making eco enzymes that can be used in various fields through fermentation process. The duration of enzyme determined purpose its production, but most studies require a 3 months produce ideal enzyme. raw material this study peel Kintamani orange (Citrus nobilis) widely cultivated Bali. Fermentation carried out waste, brown sugar, and water ratio 3:1:10. at 10 days, 30 60 90 days.
